“Santa Knows Who’s Been Naughty or Nice: and so can you with the right use of your social data”

Social media marketing continues to evolve. And while it still pays to play nice online, this year’s trends caught brands under the mistletoe and rewarded them for a bit of naughtiness.

This month we will host an exciting panel hosted by [D+D] Chairman, David Ketchum, discussing how you can use “big data” to find out who is naughty or nice on your marketing list.

Plus, a round up of the latest social media news by our very social host – Jay Oatway – who explains what should be under your social marketing tree this Christmas.
